There is no such thing as a Red race. Native Americans fall under "Yellow" - their ancestors came across the Bering Strait from China to America.

So, of course, there is no such thing as a Other race.

One recently "mixed," and the other, of "mixed" ancestry, together, do not constitute an interracial marriage.

Well, then according to your logic, there is no such thing as an interracial couple because white, black, brown, yellow, whatever, by now all are of "mixed" ancestry.

By now, there are no "pure" races anymore. All of the mixing that has gone on through the centuries has resulted in most everyone being of "mixed ancestry"
