i was replying more to the suggestion that the Olmec-Maya were wholelly distinct from eachother
and? it would be unfortunate if you're suggesting ''invasion'' and ''occupation'' to have occurred rather then a possible ancient cultural exchange between indigenous central amercans/continental africans

its possible that a united land mass existed back then, called by several different names -- pangea, laurasia, and gondwana
so did/do the indigenous people of the americas.
indigenous afrikans are tropical/warm climate people and...
or do you have empirical evidence that these hypothetical ''parents'' were producing seeds and sending them adrift on sea vessels towards the four winds?
