To remove tension and depression, one must have faith in the one who died for our sins by the sacrifice of His body on the tree. And one must show true belief in the resurrection of the Holy Anointed Son from the dead to life eternal. With faith, belief, and works, with keeping the commandments, one will have eternal life in the Father and the Son, so one will never be brought as low as one could truly be by denying the faith. Though one may feel low, being brought up by the Father will surely heal you.

Works in faith; do as the Son did, by His perfect examples, and do as the Father guides you to do. Faithful works; helping brothers and sisters, giving even when you might not have enough, showing patience, and so on.

IMHO the "so on" is very important!

The reasons for all the misery and tensions in this ipad age has to do with very real Satanists in positions of power globally who, have unleashed demons and all sorts of other multidimensional entities, that feed on fear, anger and negativity in all forms.
Therefore as you say it is important to give and share but also silently pray from the heart and send out positive vibrations to ones community and the world from time to time and ones local environment wherever one happens to be. Also to forgive from the heart all of those who we have felt offended by, and pray for them as well.
