I don't know this word "fascistic." Please define/explain it to me.

However, the DIFFERENCE between THIS thread by YOU and all the many, many others like it and the "50 Solutions" thread I posted is that I submitted a positive alternative, giving others the right/opportunity to read/digest and implement any of it as they see fit.

Unlike threads started by YOU, the "50 Solutions" thread is not a means to beat people over the head with a personal agenda but rather to offer a venue for discussion on the practicalities of them, relevant to the Black community.

If YOU had posted that "50 Solutions" thread, you woulda posted them ONE-BY-ONE, all 50 of them, just to increase your post count.
