In the Spirit of the State of Black America,

It's best and worst of times for black Americans, Henry Louis Gates tells Dallas audience

If Martin Luther King or Malcolm X were to see our country today, what would we tell them?

Henry Louis Gates Jr., Harvard University professor and Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, said this is the premise behind his new documentary series, Black America Since MLK: And Still I Rise, which looks at the last five decades of black history ...

Although I fully understand where you are coming from and why, but I most profusely disagree with you about Malcolm and Martin's actions, especially on Malcolm's presidency. Unless the 113th Congress was Black controlled, Malcolm would fair no better than Mr. Obama has.

Not true elder, some are looking at the devil in the details, which is to say, the 113th Congress:

Clyde, you've had it coming to you. I'm just glad some one else did it, you're a bore.

Offline you'd be on the deck looking for your teeth, LMBAO.

I got it ... so, whenever you are off topic like this, I should and will just read it and keep it moving, in other words, don't post back, because its just "wishful thinking" on your part, okay.

freddie51 ... i am really surprised to find myself fussing at you for breaking our rules.

I have never had to say anything like this to you ... yet ... here we are.

The above are violations of our rules ... name calling, cursing, threatening folk ... really?!

This is a warning and if I see you engaging like this here again, you will be banned.

This is the first i have seen of it ... and i'm thinking there might be more ... which is unfortunate.

Moving forward though, from this point on ... it will not be allowed to continue.

If you do not like Clyde C Coger Jr ... put him on ignore ... don't read his text or say anything to him.

No sense in getting banned because you do not like another Member.

If you have any questions please ask.

    Much Love and Peace.

I have a question. If this person continues to negatively rate my posts, out of the clear blue sky, with no other intent than to rain "red mist" upon me, like this one:

    Thank you Ma'am.

    Should I or will you consider this, as you say;

"... don't read his text or say anything to him ..."

    saying anything to me?

Being clear-eyed, if he's to ignore me, it should be full and complete ignoring.

I've not known freddie51 to be this way, breaking rules, keeping disruption going, etc.

I'd be surprised if such were to continue ... but ... everyone gets to rate posts how they like.

There is no rule violation when it comes to rating posts, even if the rating is negative.

I'd hope that the adults in this situation can manage their own selves and engagements respectfully.

If it rises to a level that warrants my intervention ... i will step in ... but i hope not to have to.

I'm not trying to raise and babysit already grown adults.

If i have to get in it ... no one is probably going to like my solution to the problem.

But again ... rating one's post is not a rule violation, even if it is negative.

I suppose yall could continue this, negatively rating each other ... but it seems a bit juvenile.

We shall see. If it rises to some other higher level of disruption i am more than willing to resolve it.

    Love You!
