For the record, I reject the OT, because the people who so zealously adhere to the OT, tend to try to force it upon those of us who don't.
Kinda like YOU.

So why don’t you say that to Servants of Jesus when they come at you saying, “You will go to hell unless you accept Jesus as your saviour”?
Or when they promote their Jesus on this board?
Why don’t you advocate your cause against them as you do against the Old Testament doctrine?
The Hyksos were Arabs. They are portrayed in the Old Testament as the Amalekite(s). They began migrating to the safety of the Nile valley and delta. According to Arabian tradition several of their population was depleted during a great famine thus they migrated to Egypt where the food was coming from. There bones are being dug up and examined today in the excavation of what is called Avaris by an Egyptologist called Bietak. Manetho (an Egyptian priest and historian of the third century BC) describes the Hyksos as a people of an obscure race that took over Egypt some time after the Exodus. Manetho informs us that the Hyksos where able to take Egypt without striking a blow and they were cruel, ruthless and subjected the Egyptian Natives to a harsh slavery. This makes a lot of since seeing that most of Egypt’s army was killed in the sea and those that survived the sea where suffering from a plague, all of which GOD placed on Egypt for not letting HIS people go.SAMURAI36 said:Along with the Hyksosian Jews who wrote it.
