I have heard that and believe it is true to an extent but in a lot of cases, these people do not have the related scholarships or qualifications to be considered professionals and thats another reason why they are easily dismissed and not taken seriously.

Well for example, I have heard some call themselves 'DR' when they in fact do not hold Doctorates.

Soy Keita is a good example:

Keita completed his medical training at Howard University and received an M.D. degree. He studied taxonomy and evolutionary biology with S.T. Hussain and D. Domning in the anatomy department, as well as skeletal biology with the late J. Lawrence (Larry) Angel of the Smithsonian Institution. He received his D. Phil. which is equivalent to a PhD in the United States in biological anthropology from Oxford University where his supervisors were scholars, A.J.(Anthony) Boyce (biological anthropology) and John Baines (Egyptology).


As much as white racists would like to call him a pseudo scientist. They can't.

Ish!...I have a Ph.d (Power to Heal the Dead)....The problem is that we as thinking people with a brain keep allowing white people to define world standards....when the truth of the matter is that they are the youngest on the planet and are in no position to be defining anything. As early as the 1800's they were still eating mummies bones out of Kemet for medicine!...Duly verified in a work entitled: The Rape of the Nile by Brian Fagan. Had they not killed all their cats before the Black Plague due to superstition, the cats would have taken care of the rats that were responsible for bringing it in...so white people are and their standards are the last thing that any thinking person with a mind should be following or using as a criteria for academic anything! Just like everybody sings but everybody don't know HOW TO SING, everybody thinks but everybody doesn't know HOW TO THINK.
