Yes,I have heard that and believe it is true to an extent but in a lot of cases, these people do not have the related scholarships or qualifications to be considered professionals and thats another reason why they are easily dismissed and not taken seriously.
Asking in general, what is required to be "qualified" and or a "professional"?
What exactly are the standards? Both questions regarding this subject matter.
