Khasm13 : Petition to stop danish actor from playing Egyptian God Ra.....

That is because many people spout words but can't explain them. They just assume people are not going to take them to task, I'm different. Your comments requires you to explain them because they seem out of pocket.

Look at your comment below...do you see the word "history" anywhere? If so, how many times? Also, look at what I've highlighted, and tell me what does it IMPLY!

im·ply
verb \im-ˈplī\
: to express (something) in an indirect way : to suggest (something) without saying or showing it plainly

So I'm not carping, I'm just taking you to task to explain yourself.

Peace!

Oh! You're a little slow I see and you need me to hold your hand and lead you on to understanding. Well understanding takes time and I don't believe in rushing you if you're not quite ready. I'm not jesting nor being insulting, you don't really have a point and that's makes it hard to even imagine where you're going.

First off African history has been taught and taught well. More can be done but what good will it do if we don't have real schools to teach the real sciences and real institutes to institute the change we envision?

Brutha Sango, I would like to take this time to caution you with your characterizations of members. It's a violation of one of our rules (rule #6) which I have posted below. Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with them.

It's good that you gave me this opportunity, because to me, no harm, no foul, so I can go easy with you. Another member might report you which would make it a whole another ball game. We all slip up at times, me included. But we have to give respect in order to give respect.

We like, value, and need everybody's points of view and input, that is the only way we as a people are going to move forward. But people won't see either if you are insulting them.

So please take a moment to go over our rules, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me, or any of the mods your question.

Peace, and one luv!!!

I only need your advice when I ask for it. By soliciting me with advice unasked for it's insulting because you're not giving me credit for making up my own mind. If I was before a King I would only give advice if the King asked me for it seeing that I'm not his equal. But not just only am I not his equal, but by introducing counter thoughts into his contemplation I am interfering with his decision making and making him have doubts when a leader should be assured of his direction on his own.

I work alone and I don't need nobody tell me what the do. I am not here to solicit or put my head together with the rest of you. I have my own mission in life in which I am conducting it by this medium called Destee.com. It is just one of the sites I visit and share my vision with the people. And my vision is we need to focus upon building and get away from the conspiracies and the histories unless their specific facts bear some report that will have guide solution. I am attacking this thread with the idea to guide us towards solutions. What can we do to fix some of the issues that confront us as a people? What can we do about poverty? What can we do about disease? What can we do about hardship? What can we do about the many causes of death for African people worldwide? How can we extend life so that we can have longer time on Earth to enjoy it?

We can't win no war against Krackers. Hell if we went to war with Nigeria African Americans would lose. We aren't in any position to war physically with anybody. So the conspiracies will just have to be there as a warning not to fall for them or certain ones that are known to be death traps. We can avoid certain traps by following the laws of the Light. That is most we can do to combat conspiracies in a simple way.

I see denial isnt just a river in Egypt.

And you do it so well. :)

Ive lived in places where bubble butt white girls are rarer so I'll give that a pass
Oh, thank you so much! (sarcasm at the churlish corroboration of what I already said... not to mention the "unflattering" referral to black women's behinds)

but this notion that whites are infinitely more lanky is the opposite of truth. Lankyness as it's categorized in basketball is almost always a derivative (for lack of a better word) of the wingspan.
Oh man, give it a rest! Please! Nobody said a thing about "basketball...."

Do you realize how defeatist that statement is?

As you have admitted, in your roundabout way, the truth of what I said previously, it's the norm, i.e., little that I say is wrong and absolutely nothing I say is defeatist.

That isnt saying much. There are at least half a billion black women in the world. The best of the best offers something for everyone. The same could be said for every "race" the same could be said for black women's natural hair, the same could be said for any of their abilities.

What if I said that black men's bodies are the standard for every male in the world. Would that be saying "much?"

Lol yeah if the mixed chick is top notch as Alicia Keys.

So tracks on the average sistah looks tacky, but on mulattoes, :slobber: they look d.a.m.n good! Yeah. Got yo numba. :10400:

I thought that's what I was saying
Here is the kicker. In Seattle where I live
This board is not limited to black folk from Seattle who seemingly do nothing but complain about the lack of blacks to date, blacks who won't date other blacks, IR dating, etc. Don't like it, move.
So

BTW I'm glad to be here :donttell:!!

Make me as happy and not tag onto my posts... NOT talking to you - in fact, made BEFORE you even joined the board.... with subjective contrary opinions and no corraboration, i.e., links.

Not to mention a cessation of your cavalier disrespect for black women who actually look black.

Btw, since you're a newbie and obviously haven't read enough/any (!) of my posts other than the one you came in like a buster attempting to tear down.... rather than talk about what goes in "da hood," be it Detroit or Seattle, I can corroborate what I say with verifiable facts:

It's official: The ("world") Standard of Beauty for the female body belongs to Sistahs!

Looking at curvy women can be as rewarding for men as the buzz from drugs or alcohol, a new study suggests. Scientiests in Georgia asked a group of male subjects to view photos showing the naked backsides of women before and after surgery that gave them more hourglass-like figures - that is, a higher hip-to-waist ratio.

When the men checked out photos of women with J-Lo (BLACK!)-type figures - big hips and fleshy bottoms - parts of the brain associated wih rewards lit up, including areas that respond to alcohol and drugs.

The intensity of the rewards felt just by viewing attractive women, researchers say may explain pornography addiction and other extreme sexual behavior by men. The Irony is that while men appear to be hard-wired to prefer wider hips and generous backsides - evolutionary indicators of health and the ability to give birth - "the Caucasian, Westernized female has somehow been duped into thinking men like very skinny, waify, Kate Moss-type girls," researcher Steven Platek told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "Curviness is worth its weight in reproductive gold."
