i will be return but before i leave please allow me to share something with you. I have arrived home just when i was supposed to and even though i wanted to be here a month ago obediance is better than sacrifice...LOL
The following will give you an idea of why i am my people are so healthy happy and blessed.

Sugarless Week
August 29th - September 6th No sugar, honey or other sweeteners may be consumed other than the following alternatives.
Date Syrup: Respective Missions are responsible for identifying those brands, which do not contain sugar, fructose or additives.
Maple Syrup: Grade A or B only
Stevia: Only Stevia Rebaudiana, the GREEN 100% natural herbal powder is to be consumed by the Sainthood. Liquid stevia and white stevia powder are not to be consumed.
Guidelines:
The above mentioned sanctioned alternatives may be used on items that have been cooked, but may not be used in cooking or baking items.
Wine made with sugar or honey may not be consumed during Sugarless Week.
Rehydration drink can be made by using either maple syrup or an orange juice formula available from any Divine Physician.
Exemptions: Medical situations, i.e., hypoglycemia, which may be treated with honey - ONLY
Live Food Week
September 6th-12th, 2003
Only non-cooked food is allowed; all adults are to observe this along with a three-day cleansing during the first part of the week. Any natural laxative may be used. Also, minced garlic with a teaspoon of olive oil is to be consumed each morning of the first three days of the prescribed week. Adherence to this policy yields better health during the change of seasons, i.e. less colds, flu, allergies, etc.
In Accordance with Hebraic Law from the Torah the African Hebrew Israelites of Jerusalem proudly announces the Holy Day Season:
[23:1] And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, [2] Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the Lord, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
