Actually i do, but i don't know how feasible they might be, as i've never done them myself.

But i believe digging wells brings water ... but i don't know how hard that is to do.

Even no matter how hard it might be, if one is thirsty enough, i'm sure they'll get to digging.

Brother asmith161718 mentioned an atmospheric water generator.

It's probably a good time to think about it, considering folk are getting their water turned off.

Better to kinda think about it ahead of time, if one can.
