The challenge is that there are simply too many people flooding across the border. Border states are crying about it but then they started sending people to other states, making them now the problem of those states. If they could easily be absorbed by those states there wouldn't be a problem. Adams is saying they're getting 10,000 migrants a month and it's going to destroy New York.
