I appreciate these words....overstanding that YOUR "truths" are YOURS.

YOUR "truths" are ONLY "off-ending to me when they involve TALKING ABOUT another Afreekan in a disparaging way.

MY "truth" is that WE (Afreekans) get enough labeling, degradation and put-downs by those who are not US. It HURTS me to hear US doing it to US...especially in public.

What I DO IS listen to people's thoughts and feelings in more private settings.....and this is no "bother" for me. You KNOW how to reach me should you be interested in sharing. See....THAT is the purpose of the RE~covery Room.....provide a SAFE SPACE to share those deepest feelings and develop means to do so in ways which are more HELPFUL than HARMFUL to another.
