Thanks, I'm going to look at the thread now. Oh, and I'm a girl.
At its height Greenwood had a population of about 10,000.
The population of Boley numbered an estimated 25,000.

My great-granparents were among the founders of Boley. I have relatives who moved to Tulsa and later Oklahoma City after the race riots.
Greenwood is recognized moreso because of the race riots of 1921 but Boley was an older, more established ALL BLACK TOWN.
