Effortlessly
Replacing it
With passionate love
Taking away
The world
Leaving only you and I
You search

You ignore
You overlook

I cry
I want
I offer
In vain
Wanting to touch you
Shelter you
Love you
Rebuild you

Yet all in vain
Because you're blinded
You're preoccupied
You're distracted
Basically afraid
I'll back away
