Last night, I thought of you and I cried.
My feelings fell from my primary means of expression.
Not because Im sad or because you hurt me,
But because I found all of love's possibilities within you.

First, You schooled me on protrayal of emotion.
I learned to give of my heart and for that, I am greatful.
Then, you bestowed your trust upon me.

You opened your heart to me,
told me your secrets,
let me see who you truly were inside,
These though, are not the only reasons for which I cried.

I let my tears fall because you bring me joy.
Not just the big things but those little ones too.
You make me laugh histerically even though you aint trying.

The way you say my name and it makes me shiver.
How I love it when you tell me your fantasies and
I cant wait to make them come true.

I cry because I can be myself with you
And that for me is a new experience.
I can let go, and you wont judge me you'll only love me
And that one thing means so much.

That's why last night, I thought of you and I cried.
My feelings fell from my primary means of expression.
Not because Im sad or because you hurt me
But because I found all of love's possibilities within you
