Black Poetry : I've loved & lost it

{Perhaps this is one of the worst poems i've ever written but i had to write it to get it out of my system. So if u like u like if u don't oh well these r just my thoughts.}

Butterflies do happen
cheeks do flush
Knees do weaken
It wasn't just a crush

Smiling back at me
But I was blind
Looking for the Love
I didn't have to find

We were young
But something new
my heart beated
That love was true

Now standing alone
I look at the past
The love i once felt
Had no chance ​

sometime we view love as hope and when it seem lost
we feel done but i see a new shinning love star beyond
the maze keep moving wit ya heart....

Very emotive flow. There is nothing wrong with releasing your feelings, and you did so quite poetically. This may seem like this is forever, but it isn't. A new day shall come sis.
