i had a dream about you ...
your sweet presence did make it shake
now i know the pleasure of a gentle earthquake
so much more than the gentleman i thought you would be
my body cried when it felt you in the same room with me
it's so rare that i dream a dream to remember
my mind knew, hold it tight and do not surrender
eyes opening slowly to the start of a flow
pouring out of me so that you too could know
capturing this moment to share it with you
finna go back to sleep for a minute or two
