That's actually not a bad distinction to make from that perspective, but I think corporate welfare and oligarchy are pretty good descriptions of some of these behaviors.

To me, a lot of these problems just seem like capitalism and free market worship reaching their logical conclusions. Squeeze cash and profit out of everything.

How could we combat those "logical conclusions" while still extracting benefits from the system?
