Actually that was the Honorable Marcus M. Garvey that said 'up YOU Mighty Race! and that a Nation will rise no higher than it's Woman'!
However it is inherently acceptable that ANY of Our People utilize this term in that this is how WE learn.....from Each Other, through Our Ancestors.
