It's more like ping pong and no one worries about being hit by a ping pong ball. My mistake was thinking that you might have actually been interested to learn that carbon-14 isn't the work horse of evolution that people often think it was.

I have criteria that falsifies my position and when I see evidence that changes my understanding about science or evolution I am happy self-correct. I don't think such flexibility is offered by your position as you've previously said you either believe the bible or you do not.

I'd also point out that evolution isn't an atheism thing. It's a science thing. They're not interchangeable.
