Sister MsInterpret ... there's not much anyone can do, to stop a grown person from doing what they want. I'd suggest that you get the particulars, know as much as you can about where she is going, where she'll be staying, who she is with, names, numbers, addresses, all of that ... so at least if something goes wrong, she doesn't return in a timely manner ... you can send the police, authorities, or somebody, where she might have last been.
