Though not quite comparable to Hearns Hagler, it was a good fight all around. Both fighters trading knock downs and haymakers until the eventful sixth. Pacquiao realizing that Marquez was going for the kill shot, did everything he could to end the fight. He dominated the 4th, 5th and much of the 6th.

Then, backing Marquez up against the ropes, he tried a kill shot and missed. Then Marquez countered with a right hand, catching Pacquiao. Cold cocking him out. Pacquiao dropped like a ton of bricks face 1st. He didnt wake up for what seemed like minutes. Thus, no Mayweather fight!
