there are some who feel they know the 'real deal'.
for some reason they spend most of their energy putting down the rest of us.

Then there are those who masquerade behind false standards fronting to be so pro-Black when they're really about something else.

Leaders both political, and corporate must have some allure that keeps people loyal. Both sides has to have something that makes them tick,because we all follow something or some one others view as being destructive. Many of us knowingly follow, seldom unseat, and frequently prefer crazy people to lead us. Michele Bachmann is the perfect example.

they are certain where the thoughtful person has doubts. they are not much worried about the consequences of their actions.
they make 'good' leaders.

Those of us who already exibite candor/honesty/respect/etc. to each other just need to get on with what motives our comments etc. and/or efforts to make a difference etc.

I. e., one forum's posters can resolve all of our peoples issues/problems, though we can and should contribute in whatever way(s) we're able to other organizations and/or the causes they promote etc.
