this still have me unsure we come up with many reasons but are they
really true , is it a mental mind thing in such a small space we just relax
like we going for a ride !????
People either look down at the ground; act like they’re trying to find something or they stair up at the numbers that light up each floor the elevator passes.
I find it uncomfortable in an elevator too
I agree with Debo. People tend to become very uncomfortable when a stranger is in their personal space. With an elevator being so compact your personal space become instantly violated. Some don't have no problem with intruding on someones space and they don't have no problem with sharing theirs either.
I don't have no problem with talking on an elevator but I must admit I do it with consideration that not everyone wants to hear what I'm discussing. So I tend to keep my voice down to a minimum.
