Us darkskin black folks, especially black women, need to remember that when we look into magazines, or on videos, that were are being compared to people who are totally fake. Behind closed doors they are the ones in the tanning salons, getting cologine injected into their lips, getting fake butts and all that stuff. They know the natural beauty of black people is something to be admired, that's why they try to imitate. They try to keep up that image of the perfect white person in the media, which happens to be the exact opposite of what black people look like, even though they know the real deal.
