Black People : What race(s) lived in Atlantis?

Disclaimer: This is not a thread to debate the existence of Atlantis.

Hi guys! Long time no see. Recently I have been thinking of creating a comic book based around Atlantis. But I am unsure of what the people would look like. Would they be African? Asian? European? Dark? Light? Medium? I want them to be Black but I want it to be accurate.

P.S. - Yes I know I could make them look like anything I want but I still want to be accurate regardless.
