Black History : Should we continue identifying as African-American and Black?

In order to make such a statement one has to "know" that black people are victims of racism <<<not the creators of racism; and although we did not start this construct --as victims of racism-- we continue to maintain and keep its pseudo-power and mechanisms in place by refusing to collectively counter-racism thru thought, action, word and speech.

are you implying that a name change will stop racism?

Therefore a cosmetic name change --although an excellent idea by Dr. Williams, won't make a bit of different if the gray matter between our ears in not in sync collectively...

...about who we really are
...about who we really were
...about who we can really become

LOL, Eye have more knowledge and wisdom than you will ever comprehend...incidentally <<<faith has nothing whatsoever to do with knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

i know the answer (oh ye of little faith) .......that's why i was tossing the concept out

The ploy of switching the conversation due to lack of knowledge about what racism really is, who started it, who continues to promote it >>>and how it can be stopped in its tracks ---is blatantly obvious.
