May I ask your permission
To touch your heart
And love your entire being
Mind, body, and soul?
May I have your permission
To kiss your soul
And connect with you spiritually
Becoming one with you and our creator?
May I be your defender
Protecting you from hurt and harm?
May I be your shelter shielding
You from life’s bitter storm?
May I be the bearer of your hurt and pain
That you may never know either?
I ask for your permission
For my love for you is based
On respect for the queen that you are
I need your permission to gain access to your heart
I need your permission to Love you unconditionally
I wish to walk thru Love with you until my last breath
My desire is to serve you
And to cherish you
To share my life and soul
With you
Tied together for all eternity
By the bond of Eros
No task is too great for me to perform
No request to impossible to handle
For you are worth it all
Give me permission to work for your love
Don’t just give it to me
But let me earn it
For then you shall know that my desire is true
Let me deal with pleasing you rather than impressing you
Let me come up with ways
Of taking our love to another level
Let me surprise you with thoughts and actions of endearments
Without you feeling you must reciprocate
Or give yourself simply to repay a favor
For what I give to you
Never has to be repaid
Never has to be reciprocated
Just allow me to love you
For the woman that you are
This is my prayer
This is my plea
This is my desire
All I ask is for your
permission
