well it seems that our old friend[Marion Barry] the former[and to some]the mayor for life of d.c.was arrested the other day for apparently stalking his former girlfriend[haha]i laugh because it wasn't that serious[they had an argument and he followed her in his car to the park]Marion and his ladies,he's always on the prowl and always in trouble,but as a man born and raised in d.c. let me say this on a serious note..for all his troubles Marion Barry always cared about the sisters and brothers he served[as a teen i worked for PRIDE,INC.]and Marion was putting money in our pockets and giving us something to do way back then,he was and will be d.c.'s ONLY BLACK MAYOR,and still a hero to many that he helped,and of course he'll always be...Marion The Lover!!

I used to work in DC's summer job programs in the eighties. For all of his...activities, he took care of the people. He really took care of the ladies.
He was kinda like that crazy uncle who always had your back and you looked the other way when he had his booze and women.
