The long ignored and down trotten one
The one behind the slide
watching as the light skin one slides down...

slide down little light skin girl
I hope you land on rocks
cause i hate your little long pony tails
and those ruffles in your socks

I don't know why i feel this way
but i know i do
cause i'm watching that BET video
and all i see is you

where am i
am in that video
hiding behind the slide
naw i'm there but the camera doesn't show my face
it only zooms in from behind

i have no one to look up to
so i must look down on you
because i am the forgotten one
behind the slide
