The first man I ever knew
The first man I ever loved
The protector of my heart
My personal body guard
The bricklayer of my foundation
The one who saw past my limitations
The provider of my wants and needs
The one who always believed in me
The first man that ever made me laugh
The ONLY one I know for sure has my back
The one who spanked me from time to time
The one who would willingly give his life for mine
To him I’m a princess; to me he is my knight
He sacrificed much, so that my future would be bright
My father to me is the strongest measure of a man
Putting his family above himself as only a true man can
So proud of me, he brags to friends
A hero to me he’s always been
The one who lives to receive my smile
The one who will walk me down the aisle
God sent this man down to be my daddy and my guide
To welcome me into this world with arms open wide
So blessed I am that God sent him from above
So that I may know the depths of a good man’s love
There is nothing more astounding, more fulfilling in this world
Nothing greater, nothing equal to being Daddy’s Little Girl

I just read what your little girl said,
I'm sure every word went straight to your head.
qualities like this is far and in-be-tween
to her and the world...you are the KING!!

So I, for one, will to your fate
that never grows old, that's never to late
you did an Awesome job, in raising your girl
