Eating Once A Day

We have heard it from Elijah Muhammad, Noble Drew Ali, and even old African elders. What do you all think about eating once a day? Is it possible? Is it healthy? Does anyone on here do it?

Hell yeah its possible. In the 5% Nation, before we even can get into the Lessons, we have to go on a 3 day fast.

The first day, we don't eat or anything.

The second and third days we can only drink water.

That right there is a true self-imposed torture that I hated. But it did provide a helluva mental elevation and detox, all at once.

Thas wasup, bruh, what kinds of foods do you eat when you do? You eat a real big meal or what, I'm just curious.
