You are a mess...
I started my body detoxing last week...
(lost 3lbs (of....) lol..
I went sat.. and man... did i feel the burn or what.. it was awesome! I mite even do a bathing suit pic!

This Saturday is the 14th I'm ready to do this.. shoo I went and purchased a Fitness Ball for my ABS ( all shoot now) I already created my meal plans...got my workout gear ready...shoo y'all I ain't playin... after these two months I might have to post a pic....but anywho.. I'm ready let's do it
