Does anyone use a fitness tracker? What are your experiences with them. Do you find them useful? do they REALLY challenge or encourage you toward fitness?
My phone has a kinda-sorta fitness tracker. I use it, but not to the full extent. I plan to start using it to its full potential January 1st. And, yes, it really challenges and encourages me.
