I can really relate to this part in particular:

i think i feel it comin on mic check one two
those couple lines that i needed just came out the blue
now what im gonna do
put em down on paper just in case my mind blanks
then maybe i can put an end to all this rhyme angst

Yes, sometimes all it takes are a couple of hard hitting lines, and you never know where that will take you. Relating to this, great write, welcome back.
