Black People Politics : What would it take to make you leave the United States?

A Venetian, that would make you a merchant republican as sir, I am a staunch noble anti-monarch. Good day!

I only admire Venice for its capacity to literally construct its own state on the water out of wood and limestone. I hold different opinions about its politics and economy. While I favor a democracy, the government and economy of this state should be the black peoples to decide.
