d) Schools - teach your own

2. 2nd Floor - Politics - (Tell the politicians what to do with the money earned from 1st floor)

a) Buy politicians
b) Rent politicians
c) Lease politicians

(WE GOT IT BACKWARDS: VOTING MEANS NOTHING WHEN YOU ARE IN NO ECONOMIC POSITION TO DEMAND WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED)

3. 3rd Floor - Court System (Make politicians control the court system)

4. 4th Floor - Media System (Own your own communication systems)

-to organize
-to motivate

5. 5th Floor - Education (Its a tool to master what you do)

-build more money back into the community

In 1870 --the Black MAN and not the Black WOMAN got the okay to vote. Most Black people could not read in 1870 so it is no wander that this gross oversight went un-noticed.
