IT MATTERS, at least from BLACK ENTERPRISE magazine who RANK the best CITIES for YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS....

NEW YORK didnt even make the CUT....

This adds to that DILEMMA the CITY (MANHATTAN) becoming a RICH ONLY PARADISE.

And we like to BOAST how much the CITY is about DINING to have GOOD TIME...

Its the WORST for our PEOPLE just out of COLLEGE wanting to get PROFESSIONAL.
