Witness the tumbling down
of life's maddening go around.
Feel the icy edges of the devil's
rage coming for his, her pay.

Smell the sickening bile
of too many years gone by,
forgotten and tucked away
inside memories without escape.

Taste the bitter agony
of broken angels who have
fallen from the throne of grace.

Sense love emptying from this room
as echoes of fading laughter
drift from this dreadful place.

Hear the hum of anger
caged on the ledge,
waiting to be born.

Feel wanton hearts
grow thin and weary
as the meek ones
are left cut and bleeding.

Sense the strong
growing more greedy
as life's drumbeat drones on.

There is no room for the needy.

nicely posed
as the needy fine comfort
upon my home
a place of love where i roam
da greedy seep low
and smiles cast

indeed when we hold
grasp of the needy
feelins will be treated

within da faith of almighty
da devil will pass the path
of glory to define one's hater
da love & grace will fill the place
so needy come unto open arms

nice wake up call lovin da flow
