This is an interesting premise. You are saying our murder investigations rely on testimony to a fault and that there are additional avenues to bring about a result. Do you have a link for sources?Has anybody here ever wondered why homicide investigators in urban areas: well let's just cut to the proverbial chase & say black areas solely depend on witnesses, informants & TIP lines to solve their cases? Ever see what homicide investigators do in suburban or rural areas: Well let's cut to the proverbial chase on that one too & say White areas? All the aforementioned plus DNA & crime scene evidence collection & analysis, thorough autopsies beyond the norm for general homicides, suicides & deaths by other then natural causes, official rewards, exhaustive interviews of anybody even remotely associated to the deceased, video & audio surveillance collection & analysis, computer tracking of similar evidence & crimes from surrounding jurisdictions including DOC prisoner releases for similar crimes, FBI data searches of similar cases on a national scale, check the SPRINT system for everybody that received moving violations & even parking tickets in the general area, (That one solved the Son Of Sam Case) constant revisiting of the crime scene just to get that feel or mindset, recruiting psychics & other attention seeking oddballs, attending the funeral for the deceased & filming all visitors, cadaver dogs, evidence search crews & drone searches, even reverting to reopening cases on minute evidence discovery & last but not least the infamous decades long digging into the cold case files just because. Food for thought.
If this is true it is a problem. However, we would have to acknowledge something right away as well:
DC, Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago all have Black administrations. If they are not thoroughly investigating Black innercity murder then the conspiracy is being carried out by Black people.
