Black Poetry : i'm not happy*

make no mistake

there's a side of me that
lives for the moment
and never sees the
"darker side of less light"**
but
another side of me is
sad
and depressed
never knowing what life might be...
never caring
despariged
and ran aground--

i'm not happy...
although my other 'me'
might be

i'm far from elated
and miles away from jubliant
and i don't think
i ever will be.
