    Even as Donald Trump’s Cabinet nominees
    face intense Senate hearings and public scrutiny, the president-elect quietly selected a controversial White House adviser facing troubling allegations of racial terrorism.

    On Tuesday, the Trump transition team announced that real estate developer Reed Cordish was tapped by Trump to oversee initiatives requiring multi-agency collaboration. Cordish will also focus on technological innovation and modernization, according to a statement by Trump’s transition team announcing the appointment.
