It will only matter if we step up and take the reins. They will be the minority. We just cant be India
After movies such as FAILSAFE, which dared to speculate about end of the world scenarios, then various proxy wars kinda sorta also revealed what cowards the leaders of both white world powers were (or are), it is we (blacks) and them (whites) who also assume and presume the more knowledgeable people everywhere else at best consider our in fighting ad naseum a bad reflection of our relations being a reflection of illusions leading to wrongheaded conclusions etc.
Time for some of us to move above and beyond our own style over substance bred false image etc. of what this other white world power is continued to reflect to the rest of the world's people...
At best, the USA is just considered the more shallow and showy relic, of the Cold War, too...
