Somewhere between paradise and diaster

I'll turn to stone before I shed another tear
For the likes of your sorry trifiling behind
Can't belive I wasted time on your kind
But I want to make it crystal clear
That I'm done losing myself to save you
I bent over backwards giving you your due
but today I took a good long look in the mirror
And didn't like the woman that was staring back at me
How did I fall so far, from royalty to your insignificant doormat
Can't believe I allow you to take your frustration out on me
I should of left the very first time your hands touched me in anger
But instead I stayed, hoping and praying I could be your salvation
But I know now that you can't heal that doesn't want to be healed
A long time ago you let your circumstance blacken your soul altogher
And now you wallow in the pits of your self made hell and depravation
But I refuse to allow you to steal my soul and entrap me in your private hell
So I am walking away from you now why I am still capable of doing it on my own
For the way we're going now one of us is soon to be carried by 6 men in black
So honey I command you to take you hands off me before that day be today
Cause one way or another I am leaving this misery right this very minute
LET GO OF ME, right now before these be the last words we ever exchange
Oh I see that you think I am playing well the best way is to show you
Bang, dayum look at what you made me do, Now you lay there dead
Well I told you it was going to be free today,
just ddin't know it be like this
