Black People : Black Feminine Women - Black Masculine Men

Kathleen Cleaver was candid and honest about the black male members etc. of the Panthers:

She got an article published on very that subject in the Black Scholar magazine...

It came out in the early seventies...

Check out back issues in your local library etc. for it...

I. e., the subject remains important/relevant/significant/etc., though always check and recheck your background information...

FYI...

NAACP was founded by Jews and elite blacks~(and the whole civil rights movement had a very strong Jewish presence)...so how come Marcus Garvey's movement didn't have the same issue with its female members?

black women hadn't discovered their narcissistic bone then eh?

Well............

People here get to hide behind the screen and their own ignorance. I have noticed a particular unwillingness to do ones homework when encouraged to do so.

Our reall failure was thinking that when we got a degree, decent job, house, car and boat that we had arrived. We then abandoned all the things that got us there. Once our family structure was destroyed, failure was inevitable. I blame the destruction of the family mostly on the delusions of the feminist movement. The phrase, 'we aint gotta take it no mo'. Is an oxymoron. It begs the question, do you actually think I havent been taking stuff from you as well? We stopped looking at the fact that both sides were still behind the 8 ball. Marriage being a rarity today is proof of the destruction

If you have information to share then share the information. The back handed insults and supercilious attitude is unnecessary and a complete waste of my time.

As much as I detest white women, I cannot ignore fact: the feminist movement is/was a very legitimate movement. Perhaps you should abandon your 'ignorance' and look into how white women lived, and were treated during the Victorian era before the women's rights movement got established. As far as I'm concerned, white men deserve to get their testicles nailed to wall all day long by feminists- It is their monster which they created. However I refused to go along with the anti- feminist black men's rhetoric of 'black women just wanted to be seen' as the reason the feminist movement gained such a huge following amongst black women. Something wasn't right, someone was being not heard, and until we get to the core issue- we will just keep going around in circles and repeating the same pattern, leaving room for another foreign ideology to successfully infiltrate any black centered movement seeking to improve lives of blacks globally.

that's how i look at the situation...

And this marriage as the magic pill which cures all ails ideology is complete bullocks. A Marriage is doomed to failure(see the divorce rates amongst whites, oh wait maybe that's feminists fault) if both parties have psychological and emotional issues THEY HAVE BEING CONDITIONED TO IGNORE.

No phenomenon exists outside the society or environment that creates it. Again, if you complain about black feminism, then investigate its origins and be willing to LOOK at what may have been instrumental in bringing it about---that goes for both external AND internal factors.

Precisely! What black men do not realize is that THEY are subconsciously taking on attributes of WHITE MEN by causally dismissing any views espoused by black women as some kind of vain estrogen laced emotional attempt to be 'seen'.

But then again, you're dealing people who think women are the root of all evil so its really like fighting an uphill battle:danger:.

Now, I can so understand what you are saying in this statement. I do believe that some Black men are subconsciously doing this. IMO, it's a male chavinistic attitude.
