Black People Politics : What would Dr. King have to say about the first year of a Black president

In light of the campain promises and in light of the results,

and in light of Wall street and Main street?

Dr. King would be completely lost in this day and age

In light of the campain promises and in light of the results,

Is he an Black President or an black man who is President ??


Hmmmmmmmmm,

King and so many before us that made such contributions for equal rights would be gravely disappointed in my opinion.

Instead of producing black people to carry on the torch. We now, put the torch down and imitated our oppressors down to the letter.

We have a black man that is now, President whom still can't move mountains alone. And yet , We are no where prepared to assist , help, and share the burden.


So IMHO, We achieved greatness in the position. But Have miles to go collectively.

In short he will fail because of our lack of participation. No one black man can reach that mountain, But it will take an collective effort and everybody has to get off that porch and do the work.

My humble opinion.
