Feeling my self touched
By the hands of
A nasty man,
Hands on my body
Where they shouldn't be

Frightened,
When he steped to me
Calling out for a hero
"SAVE ME" from this zero
Why is this happening

Five years old
Wishing I was big and bold
Tired of running
Ready to tell...
But beatdown

He, less than a man
Threatening to do more harm
If I told anyone
And now,
I tell the world

For years I hurt
In silence
Bloodied and ashamed
Needing to stop the pain
Oh hell,
Here he comes again!!!
Will it ever end
Or,
Will I die hating me

you're not alone...

I feel your pain to the fullest but...you are never alone. Your spirit is always with you to aid and guide you to any thing you want to...do, feel or think. In other words...your spirit feeds off your thought process. Step inside (yourself) for a few minutes a day...tell your spirit to put out all the trash and replace it with the QUEEN that's always been hidden inside you.
I'm pulling for you...

the epitome of lessening your words is not my curves
to say i feel you, would be absurd
fact is i'm only human
in truth my shell can be breached by a word
the fact that you shared
show that you cared
for others reaching for the strength to(o)

grow and be as brave as you...

keep reaching for the sky^
