Illiterate, poor Black men out of rural Alabama --who thought they were getting free medical care from the U.S. Public Health Services Department were instead getting: body sores, blindness, mental insanity, birth defects and death from the none-medical "treatment" of this government agency who were studying the auto-immune effects of how black men react to untreated syphilis in order to develop the HIV/aids virus.
