What about the "Equal" sugar immitator? My mom uses that because she's diabetic.

What is it with all these sugars anyway? I heard the one in the pink pouches that they put in almost ever restaurant, diner, Dunkin Donuts, and fast-food place causes cancer. I'm not sure if that's a myth but I've never touched it again.
