Shades of Grace

Standing, she the ebony danseuse figure

Pictured, as the beauty of Queen Sheba or Cleopatra

Pigmented, she the shade of blue black divinity of nocturnal imageries

Glistens, as her effervescence a scent of peppermint and lilac fill the air

Named, Grace for her blessings are over abundant

Shapely, her curves appear as the sign of infinity ∞,

Or figure 8 though slimly fit

Hair, naturally growing, flowing and styled to match her goddess nature

Her mere presence intoxicates those around her

Overwhelming the desires for both men and women to just touch her

Just to see if she truly exists or is she just a figment of their imaginations

She speaks in prophetic parable messages wiser than any sage

To encounter her seems miraculous...

She timelessly appears in differing time periods

Upon differing continents but only to the few to be blessed with her company

She speaks of the blessings of Jah Jehovah and Jesus Christ

She commands words to bring forth actions she speaks the words of life

This woman is the definition of the capable wife

Yet who can truly measure up to her capabilities, but a spiritual and kingly man

Only one who puts the Kingdom of Heaven ahead of his earthly blessed kingdom

Can measure up to the Shades of Grace!!!

She exudes exuberance when in the presence of young children

Her view is that family is the infinite blessing,

Because offspring beget offspring and so on and so forth till infinity is understood

From time immemorial she has been, if not in the flesh then in the mind

Perhaps she was once someone’s dream brought forth into existence

And she is here, in my presence, with her physical being and her spiritual essence

I see before me that which I desire for a mate, yet I do not measure up to her standards

I must grow in the faith and let it flow within me,

Deeply root my spirituality till all can see the faith in me.

Win the war waging with inside of me, of mind and flesh,

Of spirituality and fleshly, of lust and love,

Of good and evil, of heaven and hell, of life and death

To prove myself a proper suitor for one like Grace,

But not just to win her hand,

The purpose is for me to be a better man,

And she is not only just my inspiration, she is my joy and jubilation

Wretched man that I am in my humiliation,

Because my fear is to never have the satisfaction

Of knowing what the love of a godly woman like she is,

To know it in all of its circumference

She speaks to me with strength of character yet the epitome of humbleness

She encourages me to be more than what I am

To reach for my highest heights

To reach the divine blessings in sight

To become an eagle and take flight soaring to the heavens light

She encourages me to shake off my haughty and naughty ways

Lead my mind, soul, heart, and body as a slave

Yet do it for the love of God,

Not to impress any woman of any sort

Intentions of the heart can lead one down path of false living

Unless you are wholesoul in devotion to the creator can one truly be fit to do God’s will,

And if it is his will, that I have a mate like Grace

Then his will, will be done

She told me that the creator takes care of his spiritual earthly sons,

If they put him first in their life

He will bless their actions on earth so that they will all have a capable wife

I will never forget the lessons Grace has taught me

Even if she will not be with me I can have a blessing like she

If I maintain steady on course…and do what I ought

I need not live in the shadows always live in the light,

And one day I too can have a wife

Reflected like the Shades of Grace.
